Hi, I’m T (like the drink or 20th letter in the alphabet) – a people-centered small business and leadership consultant guiding wildly unique and delightfully unconventional entrepreneurs to grow into confident, compassionate leaders.

I help small business owners and entrepreneurs become the kind of leaders their teams want to follow – not because they have to, but because they genuinely respect and believe in them.

I bring 25 years of hands-on leadership experience in restaurants, breweries, events, tech, hospitality, and more – basically, every industry that requires equal parts hustle, heart, and humor to survive. I’ve built teams from scratch, opened businesses from the ground up, and learned (sometimes the hard way) what truly makes a workplace thrive: clear communication, follow-through, boundaries, and a leader who genuinely cares.

When I’m not consulting, you can find me with my little family walking our pup, Hazy, by any body of water, DJing local events, traveling to a new city, eating pizza or hosting a dinner party for my chosen family. I’m an anxious perfectionist with a soft spot for messy humans – and I believe that with the right support, every business owner can become a confident, compassionate, and respected leader.
